Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Gerber file and how do I get it?
Gerber files describe each layer of your board: copper, solder mask, silkscreen and outline. Your PCB design tool, such as KiCad, Altium or EasyEDA, can export them. Put the exported files in a single ZIP and upload that.
What PCB materials do you support?
You can order FR-4 online. For anything else, send a custom quote request and tell us what you need.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The online form accepts orders from 1 to 10,000 boards. For larger quantities, send a custom quote request.
How long does PCB manufacturing take?
You choose a turnaround when you configure your board: 5 working days, 10 working days, 20 working days. Delivery time is separate. Our team will contact you if your files need changes.
Can I order multilayer circuit boards?
Yes. The form offers these layer counts: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8. We read the count from your files and ask you to check it if we are unsure.
Can I request custom PCB specifications?
Yes. Use Request Custom Quote with your files and notes. Our team will review your request and contact you with a price.
Can you review my design before manufacturing?
Our engineers review your Gerber files after payment and before production. This checks that the files can be manufactured. It is not a check that your circuit works as you intended.
How are PCB delivery charges calculated?
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your address and the delivery option you choose. It is shown separately from the manufacturing price.
