Description
The YIHUA 853AAA+ is an upgraded version of the 853AAA rework station, designed for demanding electronics repair and PCB rework applications. It integrates three essential tools into a single workstation: a hot air rework gun, temperature-controlled soldering iron, and 120 × 120mm PCB preheating platform.
The station uses PID programmable temperature-control technology with real-time temperature tracking and automatic correction. This helps maintain stable working temperatures during soldering, desoldering, and component rework.
A major advantage of the 853AAA+ is its programmable operation. The preheating section allows operating temperature and time to be set, while the hot air section allows temperature, airflow, and operating time to be programmed. The station also provides three parameter-storage sections, allowing frequently used settings to be saved for faster workflow.
The soldering iron includes an automatic 10-minute sleep function. When left unused, its temperature drops to approximately 200°C to reduce tip oxidation and energy consumption. The hot air system also includes airflow protection that stops heating if abnormal airflow is detected.
