1. Shipping Destinations

Oku Electronics ships to customers across Ghana and selected international locations. For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (Within Ghana): 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery (Accra & Major Cities): 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

🚚 Same-Day Delivery is available for select locations in Accra on orders placed before 12 PM.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping is available for orders above GHS [XX] within Accra.
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package’s status.

Returns Policy

At Oku Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

  • It is returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components are intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Customized or modified products (e.g., special orders, custom-built electronics).
  • Opened software, consumables, and filaments.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or electrical faults not caused by the product itself.

3. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email us at support@okuelectronics.com with your order details.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued within 1–2 business days to the original payment method.
  • Replacements: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
